PRODUCTION STATUS:
The
production status report is only
to help you to meet the actual
delivery and Quality. So, kindly
cooperate with us for sending
us the production status every
Thursday's without fail on any
circumstance.
XV.
FINAL INSPECTION:
You
are supposed to send us the fax
for the final inspection. The
message should consist of the
required and legible packing list
and the invoice copy for every
individual style. Our QC's will
come to your factory for the final
inspection only if:
All
the garments are packed.
All cartons
must be marked (with the ascending
no's)
The inspection
will only be done at the daytime,
not at the night hours, expect
for some unavoidable occasions.
If the reason for this is because
of your carelessness then you
will be fined an amount of 0.05%
of the total value of the goods
inspected.
The inspections
can be checked only twice, incase
if there is a rechecking for the
third time, 1 % of the consignment
will be charged for the third
time, 2% for the fourth time,
3% for the fifth time and so on.
In rare cases if it exceeds the
eighth time, then the order will
be canceled and the supplier has
to compensate the complete worth
of goods by replacing the goods
or equivalent to its money value.
If the Delivery
date is delayed from the Contract
date then the Mode of Transport
will be under the discretion of
the Buyer.
XVI.
SHIPMENT SAMPLE:
Once
the inspection is passed, submit
us the shipment samples, covering
all the sizes and all the colors
included in the order sheet, the
Inspection Certificate will only
be issued if the shipment samples
are submitted.
XVII.
DOCUMENTS:
Please
take care in submitting us all
the required documents to the
respective merchandisers within
5-7 days for Sea shipment and
within 2days for Air shipment
with the received signature from
the same for your reference, the
enclosures include listed as below:
Invoice with
the cost break down
Packing List
Copy of Letter
of Credit (LC)
Original GSP
Original
Certificate of Origin
Original Export
License
Copy of Insurance
Copy of Bill
of Lading
Vessel Details
And copy of
the documents along with all the
original documents
