VII. LOT APPROVAL:
The lots must be submitted for
approval with the counter for
our reference to the respective
merchandisers and get it sealed.
The lot approval should be submitted
within 20-25 days from the bulk
order is placed.
VIII. FABRIC INSPECTION:
As soon as the fabric comes
in-house, you will not be allowed
to proceed cutting, unless our
QC department completes the fabric
inspection. You are allowed to
intimate the fabric arrival to
our QC department by phone / fax
/email.
IX. LAB TESTS:
You are supposed to submit one
garment made of the original fabric
and original design and 1/2 meter
of the bulk for the lab tests
and the color library for our
record. This includes the shrinkage,
color fastness, dry/ wet rub,
garment assessment and the G.S.M.
Our QC department will take this
garment from your factory and
will hand over to the respective
merchandisers. Please note that
the LAB tests varies from Buyer
to Buyer, therefore before proceeding
please read the order sheet carefully,
alternatively you can contact
our respective Merchandiser.

is Called Pack 2.
X. PREPRODUCTION/ AMENDED SAMPLE:
(Pack 2)
You have to send Pre Production
samples in each color, each size,
before you start proceeding for
bulk. You are authorized to proceed
for bulk only after this approval.
Please allow 4-6 days for approval
and get it sealed from our end
in your counter sample.
XI. SIZESET SAMPLES: (Pack 2)
You have to offer an initial
inspection in 5 pieces, each color,
each size, before you start proceeding
for bulk and this will be the
online inspection. You are authorized
to proceed for bulk only after
this approval is over. Our QC's
will take one piece in each color
from the initial inspection for
our merchandiser's reference.
XII. MID INSPECTION:
Our QC's will visit your end
for mid inspection then and there.
You are requested to cooperate
with our QC's at all time for
the inspections.
XIII. PRODUCTION SAMPLE:
It is a must to submit the production
sample in all the colors and sizes
as mentioned. The production samples
should be submitted along with
a counter to our office. The shipment
is possible only after the approval
of the production sample received
from our buyer.
